PPS undertook the following works:\n\n&nbsp;\n<ul>\n \t<li>Internal strip out prior to mechanical demolition.<\/li>\n \t<li>Dismantle and lifting operations of smoke flu.<\/li>\n \t<li>Purchasing of ferrous and non\u2010ferrous metals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nWorks were undertaken in a phased sequence under programme\ntimescales.
